At work today I was asked why another co-worker was gimpy. I told him Anthony had knee surgery.
Then Mike G. said “Surgery is the new suntanning.”

As previously mentioned, I recently had surgery on my foot to repair a hammertoe. This happened the same weekend the good people of Central Ohio had 20+ feet of snow dumped on us. Not the best weekend to have surgery and to have to learn to walk on crutches.
