Well, not really. The Chicago Bears on Monday waived tailback Cedric Benson. The waiver comes after Benson was cited for his second alcohol related moving violation. Five weeks ago, the first round draft pick in the 2005 draft, was arrested and charged with operating a boat while intoxicated, and resisting arrest.
